Online secure ballots

Developed by the Mount St. Mary’s University Office of Institutional Research

Alumni will be sent by mail information about the 2009 election. The information sent will encourage alumni to vote online. 

Directions for online voting will be on the Election webpage. 

Alumni can vote online using the secured process developed by the Office of Institutional Research.  Each alum using their unique 10 digit ID number and last name (1111111111PLANT) will be able to vote online.  Each ID/NAME can be used only once. 

Alumni can submit a paper ballot also.

The National Alumni Association of Mount St. Mary’s University will hold its election for Officers and Council members from April 6 through May 1, 2009. Alumni are asked to elect one president, three vice presidents and seven council members.

For the first time, alumni have the opportunity to vote online using our secured online ballot.

The ballot, voting instructions and a brief bio and statement from each candidate can be found online at www.msmary.edu/alumnivote.

We encourage you to vote online!

If you request a paper ballot, you will no longer be able to vote online. 

Voting deadline is May 8, 2009.
