The Bishop's Scholarship, funded by Mount St. Mary's University, has been made possible by the generous support of many friends and alumni of the university. The value of the Bishop's Scholarship is $68,000 over four years and is distributed at the rate of $17,000 per year. When a student with the above academic criteria is accepted to Mount St. Mary's, they typically receive a merit scholarship. If a student is chosen as a Bishop's Scholarship recipient, that award will replace the previously awarded merit scholarship.
