The Department of Science in the School of Natural Science and Mathematics at Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as Professor of Analytical Chemistry starting in August 2015. The successful candidate should possess a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and service to the campus community. The primary teaching responsibility will be Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis and other upper-level chemistry courses in a specialty area.  Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to teach one or more lecture/lab sections in General Chemistry and a course in the General Science program for non-science majors.
