The Department of Education in the School of Education and Human Services at Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for adjunct faculty positions to teach the following Master level courses beginning in January, 2014:
- MEDUC 513 / Social Studies in the Integrated Curriculum (elementary education)
- MEDUC 514 / Secondary Educational Assessment and Measurement
- MEDUC 527 / Reading in Secondary Content Areas II
- MEDUC 528 / Processes and Acquisition of Reading
- MEDUC 530 / Art Methods
- MEDUC 540 / Music Methods
- MEDUC 604 / Reading Assessment Seminar
- MEDUC 616 / Role of the Technology Facilitator
The successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence at the graduate level, will have a Ph.D. or will be in the process of completing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction or relevant concentration in the field of education.
