Head Women's Lacrosse Coach (Job Search Status: Currently Accepting Resumes)

Mount St. Mary’s University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Northeast Conference, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of head women’s lacrosse coach. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Responsibilities include the oversight of all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program, including the recruitment of qualified student-athletes; practice and game preparation; budget management and fundraising; scheduling and scouting; and the overall administration of a Division I women’s lacrosse program in accordance with institutional, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and preferably 2-3 years of experience as a lacrosse coach at the collegiate level, preferably at the Division I university level; general knowledge of intercollegiate athletics, NCAA policies, and compliance issues; strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational abilities; and excellent oral and written communications skills.
