Director of MHA (Job Search Status: Currently Accepting Resumes)
The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary's University invites outstanding academic leaders to apply for the position of Director of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program, beginning June 1, 2014. Following the strong leadership of the founding director, the successful candidate will have a record of academic excellence in teaching, scholarship, and administration; will have experience in the Health industry; and will show exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. (ABDs near completion will be considered) or a doctoral degree in a health-related profession (M.D., D.O., D.D.S., etc.) She/he will be responsible for the recruitment, success, and retention of students in the MHA Program and will be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of curriculum and faculty. She/he will be expected to teach four courses each year in the MHA program and will help with the enhancement of external relations for the Bolte School of Business. The position is a tenure track appointment at the assistant, associate or full professor level depending on experience and qualifications. The Director of the MHA program is located at the Mount St. Mary's University Frederick, Maryland, campus.
