At the Mount St. Mary's University, we strive to improve the overall health and wellness of every employee.
Health On Tap is our way to support the health and wellness of our faculty and staff through programs and activities designed to focus on the mind, body and spirit.

Visit the MSM Farmer's Market Wednesdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. behind the Delaplaine for fresh local produce, honey and other homemade specialties. Keep in mind our vendors are cash only, and will be here until the end of the growing season (October 29).
Health on Tap Hikes
Explore our beautiful mountain home and the surrounding area with your coworkers. Hikers are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and prepare to enjoy nature. Hike times vary so be sure to check the Health on Tap Calendar for more details and to sign up!
2014 Flu Clinic
Flu vaccines are offered at Health Services from September 22– November 25 during these hours:
Mon. & Wed. 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Tues. & Thurs. noon - 4 p.m.
The cost is free for Aetna members and full- and part-time regular employees, and $20 for all others (retirees and family who are not Aetna participants). No appointment is required but employees must sign up through HR, to participate contact 301-447-5372 or email Brenda McKeel.
MSMU Health On Tap Committee
Health On Tap is designed and coordinated by the MSMU Health On Tap Committee, guided by the following mission and vision:
The Mount's Wellness Program is dedicated to cultivating a rich environment that fosters individual and community well-being. The program is responsible for providing the Mount community with resources to help them achieve their individual health and fitness goals.
To Provide the Mount Community with the skills, knowledge and tools necessary to achieve a healthy lifestyle rooted in a spirited community that demonstrates enthusiasm and energy toward living well and being well.
