Spring Into Fitness Challenge

This year marks the third year that the Mount is participating in the Spring into Fitness Challenge with several other Colleges and Universities. Let's join together to win this challenge and to show our competitors that we are spirited and eager to improve our community's personal health and fitness.

Challenge Dates: March 16 - April 26


Register Online – must be done individually from February 16-March 2

Challenge Rules and Reporting

► Participate in a minimum of 15 minutes of purposeful and meaningful physical activity most days of the week. This activity should exceed one’s typical daily activities.

► Log to the Spring into Fitness Challenge Reporting Form during the challenge and submit your total number of activity minutes.


Weekly Drawings: HR will select weekly prizes for (1) most increased minutes and (1) random prize.

Bronze ShoeFinal Drawings: HR will select final prizes for (3) most minutes overall and (2) random prizes. All final winners must have logged at least 5 weeks of reporting.

Bronze Shoe: The university with the highest percentage of participation (based on number of employees working 1000 or more hours) or with the most minutes will win the Bronze Shoe.
