Faculty Profile Form

This form is intended for the purposes of faculty profile information gathering. This information will be used to create a public profile on the Mount St. Mary's University website and will be viewed by students and prospective students, parents, colleagues, and members of the Mount community. Please keep the audience in mind as you fill out his form

Faculty may submit updates to their web profiles by submitting changes via email to the Office of Communications.
