Graduation Forms

Candidates for May 2013 Graduation and their Parents:

Students are required to fill out an Intent to Graduate form if they anticipate completing all degree requirements by the end of the fall semester of 2012, or the spring semester of 2013.

Collection of these forms will provide our office with accurate student information and will allow us to review student academic records to determine eligibility to graduate. For students, submission of this form will allow a timely review of your academic record. Such review will also provide you with an opportunity to complete during the spring semester 2013 any degree requirements that may have been overlooked during your time at Mount St. Mary’s.

The Intent to Graduate form is available online and in the registrar’s office in Bradley Hall, Room 136. (The link has been disabled because the deadline for petitioning to graduate has passed.) Please note that the form must be returned to the registrar’s office no later than August 31, 2012, for May 2013 graduation and should only be completed by students who wish to graduate in May 2013.

Failure to complete and return this form by the deadline will indicate to our office that you do not plan to complete your degree by May 2013 and that you do not plan to participate in commencement in May 2013.

NOTE: Only students who have completed a minimum of 100 credits at the end of the fall 2012 term will be eligible to participate in commencement.
