Mount St. Mary’s Campus Ministry sponsors a summer conference as an opportunity to bring teens to campus for a quality experience of faith, music, speakers, and sacraments. Mount students get involved in running the event and help to inspire their younger peers.

"Scripture and the Moral Life"
Mount St. Mary's University's Theology Department will host this two-day Scripture Institute focusing on Scripture and the Moral Life. Theology Professor, Dr. David McCarthy, will be joined by additional Mount Professors in exploring this important topic.

Pope Benedict has called all nations to work to repeal the death penalty. New York, New Jersey, New Mexico and Illinois recently ended the death penalty. Maryland is poised to do so, moving the nation closer to repeal.
