Grandparents University Registration
Event registration, meals from the University cafeteria, t-shirts, water bottles, campus shuttle transportation, and planned group activities are all included in your registration fee:
♦ June 1 through July 12 - $159/adult and $99/child
♦ The last day to register is by the end of business on July 12.
Families are assigned their own family suite - most with 4 single rooms - in fully air-conditioned Bicentennial Hall, which includes: bed linens, pillows, towels, and washcloths, common area with living room and bath, small microwave / refrigerator, and wireless / digital TV hookups for laptops. Rooms are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
♦ $39 / person / night
Depending on availability of rooms, arrangements can be made for anyone to stay two nights - arriving the night before Grandparents University begins.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cannot attend the program after registering, refunds are available on the following schedule:
♦ Full refund by July 1
♦ July 2 to July 12 - full refund minus $70 administrative fee
♦ July 13 to July 18 - full refund minus $100 administrative fee
♦ No refund after the Program begins
