Peer Tutor Request Form
Please complete the following form in order to request a Peer Tutor. If a tutor is currently available to meet your needs, you should receive an e-mail within a few days containing the contact information for your peer tutor. It is up to you and the tutor to arrange a regular meeting time. If a tutor is unavailable at this time, you will be informed of this by e-mail, and all attempts will be made to obtain a tutor who can assist you.
Paper copies of this form can also be obtained from and submitted to Kristin M. Sites, Assistant Director of Learning Services, in the 1st floor of Archbishop Borders Hall. If you have any questions or if you do not hear about your tutor within a few days, you can contact Mrs. Sites at tutors@msmary.edu or 301-447-5133.
