Peer Tutor Request Form
The Peer Tutor Request Form is now closed for the Spring 2016 semester.
The Form will will be available for the Fall 2016 semester on Monday, August 22.
Requests will not be accepted before this date.
Complete the following form in order to request a Peer Tutor. Please complete a request for each class for which you would like to receive a tutor. Note that there are sometimes additional delays in processing due to the volume of requests received during the first few weeks of the semester.
If a tutor is currently available to meet your needs, you should receive an email within about a week containing the contact information for your peer tutor. It is up to you and the tutor to arrange a regular meeting time. If a tutor is unavailable at this time, you will be informed of this by email, and all attempts will be made to obtain a tutor who can assist you.
