Peer Tutor Request Form
The Peer Tutor Request Form is NOW CLOSED for the fall semester. No requests for the fall or spring semesters can be submitted at this time.
This form will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017 (the first day of classes for the spring semester). Thank you for your patience!
Complete the following form in order to request a Peer Tutor. Please complete a request for each class for which you would like to receive a tutor. Note that there are sometimes additional delays in processing due to the volume of requests received during the first few weeks of the semester.
If a tutor is currently available to meet your needs, you should receive an email within about a week containing the contact information for your peer tutor. It is up to you and the tutor to arrange a regular meeting time. If a tutor is unavailable at this time, you will be informed of this by email, and all attempts will be made to obtain a tutor who can assist you.
