Lean Six Sigma

Course content will contain Lean Six Sigma methodologies to train and prepare students to the equivalency of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Lean Six Sigma methods are a set of analytical and decision making skills that:

• improve quality of care
• improve patient safety
• maximize reimbursement rates
• improve revenue cycle management
• decrease  potential preventable readmissions
• increase clinical staff and physician satisfaction/retention
