The basic understanding of business principles and operations will benefit just about anyone engaged in operations, management, human resources, or starting a business.Whether you are looking to complete a degree that was started years ago or want to earn a bachelor's degree to move up the career ladder, the Mount offers a B.S. in business in an accelerated and flexible, yet challenging, format. Courses are offered every five- or eight-weeks, year-round at the Mount's Frederick campus.
The School of Business emphasizes the development of personal, professional and organizational qualities and skills required to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow's complex global business world. It focuses on ideas, communication, critical analysis, problem-solving and decision-making.
Admission Requirements:
- Must be 23 years of age and have worked full-time for three or more years or
- Must have completed 30 or more undergraduate credits
- Obtained a grade point average of 2.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale in previous college work (will need 2.75 to take 300 level education courses)
