German Club

The Mount St. Mary's German Club is open to any student interested in German culture.  It is organized and operated by students.  Funding for many activities is received from the Student Government Association.  Members engage in many community activities and organize trips to metropolitan areas to visit the German or Austrian embassy, attend a German opera, drama, or festival, dine at a German restaurant, and enjoy other cultural events.  The club sponsors films in German, parties with international students, and numerous other functions.  Interested students may consult with the club moderator, Dr. Susann Samples in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at 301-447-5322.
