Study Abroad
4-WEEK INTENSIVE SUMMER PROGRAM
As an important complement to its campus programs, the
department encourages its students to study abroad. To
facilitate such educational experiences, the department
regularly offers summer study abroad programs in:

SHORT-TERM CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
The department also presents students with the
opportunity to enrich their cultural exposure to French-
speaking communities during 8-10 day
educational tours in:
Paris, France |
| Martinique May or June 2011, 2013, 2015  |
The Foreign Languages & Literatures Department and Mount St. Mary's University also maintains affiliations with the American Institute of Foreign Study and the Center for Cross-Cultural Study in order to provide students of French with the opportunity to independently study abroad for a semester in a program that Mount St. Mary's University officially recognizes. Students may choose from the following options:
