Mere Mortals is a collection of one-act comedies written by a master of "short form playwriting," David Ives. In this collection, Ives gives us widely divergent situations, from construction workers on a lunch break to mayflies on their first (and last!) date to a man waking up and deciding to become impressionist painter Edgar Degas. Sometimes irreverent, sometimes touching, sometimes serious, and sometimes ridiculous-David Ives's plays display the wide range of expression possible within the one-act form.

In my 20-30 minutes talk, I will give a very brief introduction to Graphs - formal definitions and how graphs are represented in computer science. Then, I will talk about one elementary algorithm which is used in "exploring" a Graph called Depth-First-Search Algorithm (DFS). I shall also go through some simple Graphs to demonstrate DFS. I will pitch my talk to students who are not familiar with Graphs.
