    • New York Accepted Student Night Time: 7:00p - 8:30p Location: Off Campus Details:

      Do you want one more chance to learn about the Mount right in your own backyard before the May 1 deadline? This event is tailored to high school seniors and their families in the Long Island area. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about what makes the Mount a unique place to go to school. Admissions representatives and guest speakers will be on hand to talk with you about academics, financial aid, athletics, campus ministry and more. Registration will take place from 7-7:30 p.m. The program will begin at 7:30 p.m. and last approximately one hour.

    • BODYCOMBAT Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

      Our students are currently on Spring Break. The Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours Tuesday through Friday at 1 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

    • YOGA Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories!
