      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.       The 20th Annual Symposium on Corporate Social Responsibility will revolve around the topic of NFL concussions, who is responsible and who pays for it.

      The subject serves as a bridge between a strong business and economics programs, and the University's traditional emphasis on the liberal arts.
