    • International Students - Register with DSO Time: All Day Location: Seminary Registrar's Office Details:

      All international students (regardless of degree program) must contact the Seminary Registrar (the Mount St Mary's University "designated SEVIS official") to verify that you are enrolled for the fall semester.       A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone

       
       
    • Yoga Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome.

       
       
    • Spin Time: 5:30p - 6:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy
