      What are you doing for spring break? Come backpacking with us in the beautiful Georgia wilderness and pick up a few helpful leadership tools along the way.

       
       
    • Spring Break Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      There will be no regular classes during spring break.

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 6:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes available for lap swimming plus additional space for fitness and recreation.

       
       
    • Daily Mass-SpringBreak Time: 12:00p - 12:30p Location: Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel - Kane Chapel Details:

      12 Noon Mass in Kane Chapel

       
       
    • Spin Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • Hydrofit & Lap Swim Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Hydrofit Class uses 1/2 the pool while 2-3 lanes are available for lap swimming.

       
       
    • Zumba Time: 6:40p - 7:40p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.
