    • Mount Theatre Presents: The Exonerated Sponsored by the Visual and Performing Arts Department Time: 8:00p - 10:00p Location: Horning Theater Details:

      The winner of the 2003 Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for "Outstanding Off-Broadway Play," The Exonerated tells, simply and without embellishment, stories of six people wrongfully convicted of capital crimes who were released from prison when evidence revealing their innocence was finally brought to light.  With monologues and courtroom and prison scenes, Blank and Jensen reveal the inhumanities of the American criminal justice system and the humanity of some of the people caught in its grip. 

      Mainstage Performances:  November 15, 16, 17  8:00pm 

      Sunday, November 18  2:00pm matinee

      Step Afrika will bring an exceptionally entertaining performance to Frederick Community College. As the first professional dance company centered on the art of stepping in the world, Step Afrika is world renowned for its commitment to educating communities about the art form and the cultural traditions that formed it.
