    • BODYPUMP Time: 6:15a - 7:15a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

    • AM Mountaineer Visit Program Time: 9:30a - 12:00p Location: O'Hara Meeting Room Details:

      (Pre-registration is now closed  but walk-ins are welcomed.)

      Designed specifically for students and families beginning the college search, these group sessions include a presentation with information about academic programs, student life, athletics, admissions, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities, followed by a student-led campus tour. Choose from the morning session, which begins with registration at 9:30 a.m., or the afternoon session, which begins with registration at 1:30 p.m.

      1-3 lap lanes available plus space for recreation and exercise.

       
       
    • Daily Mass Time: 12:00p - 12:30p Location: Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel - Kane Chapel Details:

      Daily 12 Noon Mass when classes are in session.

    • Spin Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

    • Veteran's Day Rosary Time: 1:00p - 1:30p Location: Veterans’ Walkway Plaza Details:

      In honor of Veterans’ Day, Seminarian Thomas Gallagher, Third Theology, (Arlington) will lead a rosary following the noon Mass on the Veterans’ Walkway Plaza.

      This walkway is dedicated to all members and their families from the Mount Community who have served our country in all branches of the military, during peace time as well as war, to preserve and protect the God given rights of all citizens of the world.

      Please join us as we also honor all American veterans.

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • Yoga Time: 7:00p - 8:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome

       
       
    • Pink Power Session II Time: 7:15p - 8:15p Location: PNC Fitness Center Details:
