    • CXWORX Time: 6:15a - 6:45a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • Spin Time: 6:45a - 7:15a Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • Tour and Discussion Time: 10:00a - 11:30a Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 10 a.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

       
       
    • Daily Mass Time: 12:00p - 12:30p Location: Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel - Kane Chapel Details:

      Daily 12 Noon Mass when classes are in session.

    • BODYPUMP Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • Tour and Discussion Time: 2:00p - 4:00p Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

       
       
    • BODYCOMBAT Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

      An intro to the basic concepts of Yoga.  Topics include stretching, toning, proper breathing, relaxation techniques, and correct body alignment.  The goal of the program is to lead you to a healthier body, clearer mind and greater sense of wellbeing

       
       
    • Amnesty International Weekly Meeting Time: 7:00p - 8:00p Location: TBA Details:

      This is the weekly meeting of Amnesty International to be held in Knott Academic Center 215. All are welcome to attend. Weekly e-mails will be sent to update club members on current events and meeting agendas.
