      A celebration of your life, body, mind, and spirit. Each session of practice, you will become more body aware and discover how yoga aligns your mind, body, and spirit through movement, poses, breathing, and relaxation.

       
       
    • Arthritis Aquatics Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      A structured recreational program in the pool under supervision of Arthritis Foundation-certified leaders

       
       
    • BodyPump Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      60 minute workout challenges all your muscle groups by using best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and awesome instructors!

    • Noon Mass Time: 12:00p - 12:30p Location: Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel - Kane Chapel Details:

      Mass is held daily at noon at Kane Chapel for all who wish to attend.

       
       
    • Poetry Open Mic Time: 4:00p - 5:30p Location: O'Hara Dining Room Details:

      Open mic event with both original works and readings from famous authors and poets such as Edgar Allan Poe. The theme for the evening is Halloween.

      This event is free and open to the public.  Themed refreshments, prizes and works ready to be enjoyed.

      A combination of intense kickboxing & dance moves all perfectly choeograoghed to high energy, motivating music.

       
       
    • CXWORX Time: 4:45p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • Volunteer Service Fair Time: 5:00p - 7:00p Location: Library Details:

      Come to the Volunteer Service Fair. Many service organizations will be present to help you find ways to serve in communities and to volunteer through service to others. Short term, long term and immediate volunteer opportunities are available.

      Intramural Fall Season II action inside the fieldhouse includes: Indoor Volleyball, Indoor Soccer, and Dodgeball.

       
       
    • Piyo Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A method of physical and mental conditioning by blending basic Pilates exercises and Yoga poses. This class stresses core muscle strength, as well as overall muscular lengthening and strengthening, through a series of exerises performed standing, seated, or lying on the floor. Working to acheive a balanced body.

      Pedal through rolling hills, sprints, mountains, and races with lots of positive energy!
