High school seniors are invited to shadow a current Mount freshman and attend classes in our Veritas program during this one-day program. Parents will attend presentations from different departments on campus including admissions, financial aid, social justice, academics, career center, public safety, residence life, center for student diversity, and campus ministry. Lunch will be provided, and an optional student-led campus tour will be offered at the conclusion of the program. Registration begins at 9:15 a.m.

During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy
