You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

      Join us for a presentation by Dondra Bailey, Ph.D. student from Howard University Tuesday, October 21st in Coad Science Building: Room 314 at 4:00 p.m.
       
      Dondra’s research uses the fruit fly, Drosophila melanogaster, to investigate the biological role of an antioxidant gene, CG5873, during Drosophila wing maturation. This gene has two highly conserved domains classified as the animal peroxidase superfamily and the peroxinectin-like domain, which are known to participate in diverse functions such as cell adhesion and interaction with integrin family receptors.

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
