    • Overnight Experience Event Time: 5:00p - 3:00p Location: Knott Auditorium & O'Hara Meeting Room Details:

      *Registration for this event is closed* High school seniors are invited to experience the Mount first-hand during this Sunday to Monday program. Visiting students will be hosted by current Mount freshmen and will have the opportunity to attend first-year classes in our Veritas program during the day on Monday. Host and student match-ups are made based on gender and availability of hosts. On Monday, parents will attend presentations from different departments on campus including admissions, financial aid, social justice, academics, career center, public safety, residence life, center for student diversity, and campus ministry. An optional student-led campus tour will be offered at the conclusion of the program. The parent program will be held in the O'Hara Meeting Room.

    • BODYPUMP Time: 6:15a - 7:15a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

    • Spin Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

      1-3 lap lanes available plus open space for recreation and exercise.

       
       
    • Tour and Discussion Time: 2:00p - 4:00p Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • Yoga Time: 7:00p - 8:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome

       
       
    • Pink Power Session I Time: 7:15p - 8:15p Location: PNC Fitness Center Details:

      Ladies only strength training class held in the PNC Fitness Center.  Registration required. Free to all female Mount Students.  Space is limited to 10 participants.
