    • Transfer Day Time: 9:00a - 3:30p Location: Admissions Office Details:

      Currently enrolled at another institution of higher learning and looking to transfer to the Mount? Mary Catherine James, Transfer Coordinator, has set aside specific days where she is hosting one-on-one interviews with you. Bring your transcripts for evaluation and your questions to be answered! Interviews can be scheduled every half hour between 9:00am and 3:30pm. Interested in taking a student-led tour of campus? We also offer tours at 10am and 2pm. You must call to register and reserve your interview time- 1.800.448.4347.

      Learn about opportunities with the Monocacy Neurodevelopment Center at an information table in Patriot Hall, 11 am to 2 pm.

       
       
    • Spin Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 19 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone
