But the reward from a hard day at the rock crag will make it all worthwhile as you change from feeling challenged to having conquered, as you settle down for the day and enjoy the outdoors and the night sky. Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

Department of Visual & Performing Arts presents Spring Theatre Mainstage Production of "The Eumenides" Time: 8:00p - 10:00p Location: Horning Theater Details:
The concluding play of the only surviving Greek tragic trilogy, THE EUMENIDES presents the trial of Orestes for the murder of his mother, Clytemnestra. That is not all that is at stake in the play, however, as the outcome of Orestes’ trial will affect all of Greek civilization. Athena must choose—find Orestes innocent and acknowledge blood lust and revenge as acceptable, or find him guilty and condemn a fragile peace to possible destruction.

Women In Science is hosting this Masquerade Ball and food drive. This fun night will be full of masks, lovely attire, and dancing. The kicker to this dance is, the female asks the male to the dance - Sadie Hawkins style. Get excited, start making masks, and finding those dazzling dresses. This is a event you won't want to miss.
This event is open to all Mount students plus one guest. Tickets are $5 per person and will be available for sale in Patriot Hall prior to the event.
Canned items and non-perishables will be collected for the food drive.
