    • Spring into Fitness Challenge Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Participate in a minimum of 15 minutes of purposeful healthy activity and record it online to help the Mount win the Bronze Shoe.

      Challenge runs for six weeks.

       
       
    • Whitewater Rafting! Time: All Day Location: Outdoor Adventure Office (Underground) Details:

    • Spin Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 9:30a - 10:30a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome.

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 7:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes available for lap swimming plus additional space for fitness and recreation.

       
       
    • Women's Rugby vs. UMBC Time: 11:00a - 1:00p Location: Echo Field Details:

    • Accepted Students Day Program Time: 1:00p - 5:30p Location: ARCC Details:

      Registration is now closed.  If you would still like to attend, you can register at the PNC Sports Complex around 12noon on Saturday

      A day dedicated to you, the members of the Class of 2018! This program will allow you to meet future classmates, explore academic areas of interest, interact with current students, experience some of the clubs and organizations on campus, and learn how you can continue developing your leadership skills at the Mount. Join us for one more look at the Mount and get all of your last-minute questions answered before the May 1 deposit deadline. This program is by invitation only for our accepted students.       All Thirty-eight of the Master's plays, performed by four actors in under two hours.....how is that possible?  You'll just have to come and see! 

      A senior Project Production, directed by Mary Kate Coleman.
