    • Spring into Fitness Challenge Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Participate in a minimum of 15 minutes of purposeful healthy activity and record it online to help the Mount win the Bronze Shoe.

      Challenge runs for six weeks.

       
       
    • Intramural Handball Registration Closes Time: 8:30a - 9:00a Location: IMLeagues.com Details:

      Intramural Handball Registration closes at 9AM via imleagues.com/msmary. The season starts March 30.

       
       
    • Water Fitness Classes Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Arthritis Aquatics and Deep Water Exercise Classes
      These classes are ongoing and new members can join at any time

       
       
    • Tour and Discussion Time: 10:00a - 11:30a Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 10 a.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

      Mark your calendars for the FBI Information Session on March 26. Come out to network and learn about exciting careers with the FBI.  ALL majors are welcome!

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 5:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes open for lap swimming plus open space for fitness and recreation.

       
       
    • Daily Mass Time: 12:00p - 12:30p Location: IC Chapel Details:

      Daily Mass.

    • Spin Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

    • CXWORX Time: 4:45p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • Faith Based Perspectives on Inclusion Time: 5:00p - 7:30p Location: O'Hara Meeting Room Details:

      Bill Fleming, Director of Ministry for people with Disabilities for the Archdiocese of Baltimore and Matt Himes (archdiocese of Baltimore seminarian) will discuss the perspective of faith in inclusion with people with disabilities.

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

    • YOGA Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome.
