    • Overnight Experience Program Time: 5:00p - 2:00p Location: Knott Auditorium & O'Hara Meeting Room Details:

      ***Registration is filled to capacity and now closed.***

      Accepted high school seniors are invited to experience the Mount first-hand during this Sunday to Monday program. Visiting students will be hosted by current Mount freshmen and will have the opportunity to attend first-year classes in our Veritas program during the day on Monday. Host and student match-ups are made based on gender and availability of hosts. On Monday, parents will attend presentations from different departments on campus including admissions, financial aid, social justice, academics, career center, public safety, residence life, center for student diversity, and campus ministry. An optional student-led campus tour will be offered at the conclusion of the program.

       
       
    • Spring into Fitness Challenge Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Participate in a minimum of 15 minutes of purposeful healthy activity and record it online to help the Mount win the Bronze Shoe.

      Challenge runs for six weeks.

       
       
    • Water Fitness Classes Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Arthritis Aquatics and Deep Water Exercise Classes
      These classes are ongoing and new members can join at any time

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 3:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes open for lap swimming plus open space for fitness and recreation.

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

    • Spin Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • CXWORX Time: 5:50p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome
