    • Spring into Fitness Challenge Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Participate in a minimum of 15 minutes of purposeful healthy activity and record it online to help the Mount win the Bronze Shoe.

      Challenge runs for six weeks.

       
       
    • Water Fitness Classes Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Arthritis Aquatics and Deep Water Exercise Classes
      These classes are ongoing and new members can join at any time

       
       
    • Tour and Discussion Time: 10:00a - 11:30a Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 10 a.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 9:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes open for lap swimming plus open space for fitness and recreation.

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

    • Tour and Discussion Time: 2:00p - 4:00p Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

       
       
    • Zumba Time: 4:45p - 5:45p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

       
       
    • Spin Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • CXWORX Time: 5:50p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone.

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

    • Lunasa - Celtic Concert Time: 7:00p - 9:30p Location: Knott Auditorium Details:

      World renowned Irish instrumental band Lunasa will perform in this free concert at the Mount.

      Tickets are required.

      Pick up your free tickets (limit 4 per person while supplies last) in advance at the Emmitsburg or Thurmont Libraries beginning March 1. advance ticket holders will be seated between 6:30-6:45 p.m. After 6:45 p.m. seats are not guaranteed.

      Patrons without advance tickets are strongly encouraged to pick up standby tickets in the Knott Auditorium lobby beginning at 6 p.m. - unoccupied seats (if available) will be filled by standby ticket holders between 6:45-7 p.m.

       
       
    • PNC Fitness Center Orientation Time: 7:00p - 8:00p Location: Knott ARCC PNC Fitness Center Details:

      Learn how to use and set the PNC Fitness Center equipment safely and properly.  The trainer/instructor will offer advice on repetitions and sets as well.

      Pre-registration required.

       
       
    • YOGA Time: 7:30p - 8:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome

       
       
    • Daily Mass Time: 9:45p - 10:15p Location: Mary, Queen of Peace, Chapel (Pangborn Chapel) Details:
