    • Advising Week Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Students will meet with their advisers to discuss anything academic, including classes, schedules and their path to graduation.

       
       
    • World Cup Cafe Time: 9:00a - 11:30a Location: Office of Social Justice- McGowan 114 Details:

      WAKE UP TO JUSTICE with the World Cup Cafe in the Office of Social Justice. Bring up a refillable coffee cup or mug to fuel up with FREE fair trade coffee from around the world!

       
       
    • 10am Campus Tour and Discussion Time: 10:00a - 11:30a Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 10 a.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

    • Spin Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

    • BODYPUMP Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 19 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • Government Contracting Courses Time: 5:00p - 7:00p Location: Frederick Campus Details:

      Learn about the undergraduate-level Government Contracting Courses offered at the Mount in Frederick.

      If you’re in government contracting, you can complete DAU equivalent CON 090 with evening classes. No need to travel from family and friends and go back to an office overwhelmed by your workload.

      If you’re in industry, it’s essential to understand a myriad of Government contract compliance regulations (especially the Federal Acquisition Regulation and its application).

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
