    • Advising Week Time: All Day Location: Campus Wide Details:

      Students will meet with their advisers to discuss anything academic, including classes, schedules and their path to graduation.

       
       
    • Spin Time: 6:15a - 7:00a Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

    • Courageous Conversations: "Invisible Identities" Time: 12:30p - 2:00p Location: Gelles Conference Room, McGowan Center Details:

      This session will focus on creating awareness on hidden identities within our campus community. This session will showcase a different “invisible identity” such as Friends and Families of Addicts, Individuals who have been placed in Foster Care, Survivors of Relationship Violence, and Veterans.

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.       This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 19 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • Piyo Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A method of physical and mental conditioning by blending basic Pilates exercises and Yoga poses.  This class stresses core muscle strength, as well as overall muscular lengthening and strengthening, through a series of exercises performed standing, seated, or lying on the floor.  Work to achieve a balanced body.
