Mount2000 is a Eucharistic retreat for high school students sponsored by Mount St. Mary's Seminary and University.
Every year, high school youth have a chance to come and hear some of the best and most dynamic Catholic speakers in the country, spend time with seminarians, priests, and religious, enjoy one another's company, and - most importantly - spend time with the Lord in the Sacraments: in Mass, in Confession, and especially in the time offered for prayer in front of the Eucharist.

BODYPUMP Time: 4:00p - 5:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:
60 minute workout challenges all your muscle groups by using best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and awesome instructors!
Overnight Experience Program Time: 5:00p - 2:00p Location: Knott Auditorium Details:
Registration is now Closed--Accepted high school seniors are invited to experience the Mount first-hand during this Sunday to Monday program. Visiting students will be hosted by current Mount freshmen and will have the opportunity to attend first-year classes in our Veritas program during the day on Monday. Host and student match-ups are made based on gender and availability of hosts. On Monday parents will attend presentations from different departments on campus starting with registration at 9:30 in the Cardinal Keeler Dining Room. Presentations by: Admissions,Financial Aid, Social Justice, Academics, Career Center, Public Safety, ResidenceLlife, Center for Student Diversity and Campus Ministry. An optional student-led campus tour will be offered at the conclusion of the program.
Piyo Time: 5:00p - 6:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:
A method of physical and mental conditioning by blending basic Pilates exercises and Yoga poses. This class stresses core muscle strength, as well as overall muscular lengthening and strengthening, through a series of exercises performed standing, seated, or lying on the floor. Work to achieve a balanced body.
