    • 10am Campus Tour and Discussion Time: 10:00a - 11:30a Location: Admissions Office Details:

      During the academic year, the Admissions Office will offer student-led campus tours MOST Mondays through Fridays at 10 a.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged, as space is limited. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and showcases the main academic campus. Each tour can be followed by an optional discussion with an Admissions Representative.

    • Spin Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

This tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and showcases the main academic campus and our east campus athletic facilities.     • BODYPUMP Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 19 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • "4 Little Girls" Film Screening Time: 5:00p - 7:00p Location: Laughlin Auditorium Details:

      Directed by Spike Lee, this documentary depicts a powerful story of the bombing of an African-American church in Birmingham, AL, in 1963. As a result of this bombing, the lives of four girls, ages 11 through 14 and their families were destroyed. This event received national press and served as a key rallying point in the struggle for justice and civil rights.

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
