Details:

A method of physical and mental conditioning by blending basic Pilates exercises and Yoga poses.  This class stresses core muscle strength, as well as overall muscular lengthening and strengthening, through a series of exercises performed standing, seated, or lying on the floor.  Work to achieve a balanced body.
